Is Watch On Watch AB an authorized dealer?
No, Watch On Watch is not an authorized dealer, but all the products sold by Watch On Watch are genuine and legally tradable within the European Union. The advantage of not beeing an authorized dealer, is that we are not bound by the manufacturer's prices, and are able to offer products at significantly lower prices without having to compromise on a quality of our products. Are the watches genuine?
All the products sold by Watch On Watch are genuine. We sell no copies or replicas at Watch On Watch! A product bought at Watch On Watch is guaranteed authentic. All guarantees, serial numbers, certificates and authentications are included with each product Watch On Watch sells. How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is between 14 and 50 days. The time varies depending on the brand and the model. Most of our watches are delivered within three weeks. The delivery time can be longer in the event of a sold out product or other reasons beyond our controll. If a situation arises whereby Watch On Watch or one of Watch On Watchs suppliers is unable to supply the purchased item by the specified delivery date, we will notify you immediately. I have heard about other online shops that sell watches without serie numbers. Can that happen to me?
Watch On Watch sells only products that are legal with all the guarantees, serial numbers, certificates and authentications included. We are aware that there are a lot of businesses on the market selling watches illegally and without serie numbers. When you purchase a watch at Watch On Watch, you are guaranteed to receive a genuine and legally tradable watch. How is the watch delivered?
You can choose if you want your watch delivered with UPS, Postal Service, or if you prefer to pick it up from our offices in Stockholm.

Not at the moment. Our goal is to become more than simply an online store for watches. We want to be a place where watch enthusiasts can buy, sell, discuss and discover luxury watches, so we are hoping to be able to provide this service to our customers in the future. What is your Refund Policy?
Watch On Watch customers are able to return items within fourteen days after receiving the order, taking into consideration shipping times.The products must be returned unused and in the original packaging with the seals still intact. All accompanying documentation, such as guarantees, certificates of authentication and other documents must also be returned with the seals intact. Watch On Watch requests that all returns be insured by the sender as Watch on Watch AB is not liable for any losses incurred during shipping. Customers are responsible for any postage costs incurred for return shipping. Watch On Watch does not accept COD packages. The product is to be returned to Watch On Watch using registered mail. Please address the parcel to Watch On Watch AB, Box 27244, S-102 53 Stockholm, Sweden. Alternatively, products can be returned in person to Watch On Watchs office in Mörby Centrum, Stockholm.
