Below is a description of how the guarantees and insurances are applied and how Watch On Watch customers are protected.

The Manufacturers’ Worldwide Guarantee
All time pieces sold by Watch On Watch are covered by the manufacturers’ worldwide guarantee. Terms and conditions of the guarantees vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and are described in detail in each watch’s product description. Official worldwide guarantees ensure that the watches can be taken to any authorized dealers, both in Sweden and abroad.

What to do if the Watch Breaks?
Official worldwide guarantees ensure that the watches can be taken to any authorized dealers, both in Sweden and abroad. Terms and conditions of the guarantees vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and are described in detail in each watch’s product description, but generally each watch is guaranteed for 24 months. The worldwide guarantee covers manufacturing defects.

The manufacturers’ worldwide guarantee is not applicable and is null and void if:
The serial number has been removed or altered
The damage has been caused by incorrect maintenance, carelessness or incorrect use
The damage is not related to manufacturing defects
The damage has been caused by water on non-waterproof products (10 ATM)
The damage has been caused by attempted repairs by an unauthorized dealer
The damage is to the plastic, rubber or leather straps or to the bracelet or their surfaces
The damage is to the glass or the crown

Please retain all guarantees and certificates of authentication that come with the watch. These documents must be presented when the watch is taken to any authorized dealer either in Sweden or abroad.

Return and Refund Policy
Watch On Watch customers are able to return items within fourteen days after receiving the order, taking into consideration shipping times.

The products must be returned unused and in the original packaging with the seals still intact. All accompanying documentation, such as guarantees, certificates of authentication and other documents must also be returned with the seals intact.

The product is to be returned to Watch On Watch using registered mail. Please address the parcel to Watch On Watch AB, Box 27244, S-102 53 Stockholm, Sweden . Alternatively, products can be returned in person to Watch On Watch’s office in Mörby Centrum, Stockholm. Please contact Watch On Watch to arrange an appointment. Watch On Watch requests that all returns be insured by the sender as Watch on Watch AB is not liable for any losses incurred during shipping. Customers are responsible for any postage costs incurred for return shipping. Watch On Watch does not accept COD packages.
