Watch On Watch uses DebiTech in order to verify and monitor transactions. Further, Watch On Watch also employs manual checks of all transactions in order to ensure that the payments come from the person placing the order, that the payment methods are not falsified and that the correct person receives the order.

If a situation arises whereby Watch On Watch or one of Watch On Watchs suppliers is unable to supply the purchased item by the specified delivery date, Watch On Watch will refund the money to the customer and come to an agreement as to when the product will be delivered and the payment is due. Customers paying by invoice will receive the first bill with the delivery of their purchase. Watch On Watch sends customers purchase acknowledgements by e-mail before payments are due to be made.

Watch On Watch AB, in cooperation with Handelsbanken Finans and Svea Ekonomi AB, offers interest-free payment options for up to 80 000:- SEK for 12 months. The only costs incurred are a service charge of 295:- SEK (a one-time fee) and a billing fee of 25:- SEK for each installment.

The watch is fully insured during the delivery, irrespective of the chosen delivery method.

Solid Försäkringar All our watches (except Rolex & Breitling), worth under 30 000:-, are fully insured by Solid Försäkring under the period of six (6) months.

In general the watches are accompanied by the manufacturer's official world-wide guarantee, just like in any authorized dealer shop.

Terms and conditions of the guarantees vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and are described in detail in each watchs product description.
