Deliveries

You can choose between three different delivery methods.
Watches are insured during shipping until reaching the customers.

UPS

If you want your watch to be home delivered, choose UPS as a delivery method.
Your order is delivered directly to your door step. Please note the UPS delivers during the day and customers must personally sign for their delivery. You need to give your signature and show a valid ID-card. UPS makes three delivery attempt, whereafter the product will be returned to Watch On watch. The cost for UPS delivery service is 249:- SEK. Watch On Watch will pay the delivery costs on purchases over 25 000:- SEK. Not picked-up/received orders are charged with one (1) percent of the product value.

Postal Service

Watches sent by registered mail are delivered to the post office closest to the customers registered address. A notification will be sent to the customer once the package has arrived at the post office. Watches are insured during shipping until reaching the customers. The cost for registered mail is 49:- SEK. Watch On Watch will pay the delivery costs on purchases over 25 000:- SEK. Not picked-up/received orders are charged with one (1) percent of the product value.

Pick Up

You can even pick up your watch from our offices in Stockholm. The pick up is free of charge. Please contact us to make an appointment.

Watch On Watch AB, in cooperation with Handelsbanken Finans and Svea Ekonomi AB, offers interest-free payment options for up to 80 000:- SEK for 12 months. The only costs incurred are a service charge of 295:- SEK (a one-time fee) and a billing fee of 25:- SEK for each installment.

Insurance

The watch is fully insured during the delivery, irrespective of the chosen delivery method.

Solid Försäkringar All our watches (except Rolex & Breitling), worth under 30 000:-, are fully insured by Solid Försäkring under the period of six (6) months.

In general the watches are accompanied by the manufacturer's official world-wide guarantee, just like in any authorized dealer shop.
